Dajeerling LTD

3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz Martin Miller’s gin
2 dashes turmeric tincture
2 dashes earl grey tea tincture
combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into chilled Coupe Glass. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper.
Nameless

1 oz Campari
1 oz Light rum
2 oz Pineapple
2 dashes Grapefruit bitters
3 oz Dark rum
Combine Campari, Light rum, pineapple, and grapefruit bitters in tin. Shake, and strain into cocktail glass with ice. Float dark rum and garnish with orange peel and sage leaf.
Yellow King

1 oz Aveze gentian liqueur
1 oz Kings Ginger
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
combine ingredients in tin, stir, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a crown of thyme.
Grasshopper

3/4 oz Gin
1/2 oz Tempus fugit creme de cacao
1/2 oz Tempus fugit creme de menthe
1/2 oz green chartreuse
1/2 oz straus cream
2 dash lactart acid of milk
Add all ingredients to tin. Shake, and strain into small coupe. Garnish with nutmeg & mint tip.
