SOMA stumbled upon this Big Island jewel. You won’t have to fly across oceans to feel transported. Just a sip from this tantalizing treat conjures warm, tropical breezes and sand beneath your toes.


THE BIKINI MARTINI
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Grenadine

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add Ketel One Vodka, Malibu Rum, and fresh pineapple juice over ice. Shake vigorously, and strain over cocktail glass. Pour Grenadine slowly from the center of the rim. Garnish with a Pineapple Flag.


KPC Martini
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Crème de Banana

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add Vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, and Crème de Banana over ice. Shake vigorously, and strain over cocktail glass.
